Lisa started out in the accountancy field in 1998 following her passion for figures.

After successfully completing her first role within an accountancy practice as a trainee assistant accountant under an apprenticeship structure, Lisa gained her qualifications and is a full practising member of the AAT and IFA alongside being an IPSE accredited accountant.

The valuable experience gained working in a variety of accounting practices gave her the skills to transfer into her own firm and she founded the company in 2011.

Lisa feels the experience gained within firms where staff are engaged in a broad spectrum of accountancy and tax areas, enables her to advise clients whilst taking into consideration the impact decisions will have on the whole accounts and tax position of the individual.

Lisa enjoys the problem solving aspects and seeing the difference the Lima Accountancy team can make for their clients. She enjoys the active role of running the business and driving new technologies, whilst advising clients on strategies and implementation methods to help make their lives easier.
